Nothing! Your Convié membership is FREE, really! Instead, we'd like for you to 'pay' with your participation and engagement in the community.
We realise that we may ask a lot of questions when you are first getting set up in the community, but NONE of this info is shared with external/third parties, ever. This information is helpful for us to learn a little bit about who you are and what your interests in beauty are (i.e. skincare versus makeup, skincare needs/concerns, etc.) so that we can match you to the right Co-Creation Cohort.
Step 1: Complete the co-creation questionnaire found in your account dashboard
Step 2: We will notify you if you have been selected to participate in a cohort
Step 3: You will receive product samples which contain instructions for how to access a feedback survey
Step 4: The fun part! Use and test the samples that you receive for as much or as little time is required
Step 5: Complete the feedback survey and any follow up prompts that we send your way
Our goal is to minimise any interruptions to your typical lifestyle and workload, we're conscious of that fact that you all have full plates between your careers, families, friends, etc. That being said, if you are selected to co-create, we will ask you to take the time to properly test and use the product samples you receive, share your feedback with us, and complete the follow up tasks as required. Generally, we hope that this won't take you more than a few hours in total, however the more you put into it, the more you will get back, so it's worth giving it your all where you can!
We ask this to ensure that you have the best and most personalised experience in our community as possible. When you create an account, this allows us to reward you with points for your efforts, which can eventually be converted into store credit to redeem free products, prizes, and other exclusive treats.
Yes! Not only do we follow the strict European Cosmetic Regulation, we take it a step further and have chosen to ban all the known and suspected harmful ingredients, including petroleum derivatives and mineral oils (paraffin, microcristallina wax, synthetic wax, cera microcristalina), endocrine disruptors and carcinogens (phenoxyethanol, parabens, phthalates, BHT, Aluminium, MIT, SAS, PEG), Silicones, OGM, Pesticides, Talc… We focus on the power of naturally derived ingredients and formulate all of our products with at least 90% natural ingredients, working in close collaboration with the finest labs across France and Italy to deliver the highest quality result. We will never launch a product that we wouldn't use ourselves and strive to offer the best in quality and efficacy, without compromising on our rigorous product standards.
Yes! We have never and will never use any ingredients that are derived from animal sources—ever.
Whilst we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that our products do not contain gluten, none of our products contain gluten in the ingredient lists.
We work with the best formulators across Europe to deliver the highest quality product to our customers. Our current products are made in Italy and designed in France. The origin of each product is listed on the product page.
Currently, we are only available in the UK, but we are working hard to open up new markets as quickly as possible. Stay tuned!
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link to track your package online.
Our top priority is ensuring our customers are confident in their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, subject to our regular refund policy, we accept returns of unused or gently used items within 28 days of order delivery unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. We offer no refunds on any items designated as Final Sale. Items must be returned with their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
We do not process exchanges at this time.
If your order arrived damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to bonjour@weareconvie.com so that we may report the damage to our fulfillment provider, if necessary. Once an email is sent to bonjour@weareconvie.com, which opens a ticket, we will reply back with next steps.
